If you couldn’t tell, there’s a special guest in today’s post! To switch it up a bit, today I’m sharing one of Michael’s favorite brands. Through the years I’ve come to learn that Michael shops at about three different places for all of his non-athlethic clothing – Bonobos, J.Crew, and Filson.
Filson clothing is classic, it’s an American brand that started in Seattle in 1897 (yep, you read that right). Michael has amassed an ever growing collection of Filson clothing classic pieces including a stylish work bag, quality sweaters, and a few of his favorite, the Alaskan Guide Shirt.
I love the look of the Filson clothing for guys because of the classic but rugged look they offer. Filson is known for the quality of their clothing and although the price points might seem a little high, they guarantee all of their pieces will last a lifetime, period. You can have any item repaired free of charge.
Here, I paired it with my favorite pair of Madewell jeans and over the knee boots for a day spent out at a few Virginia wineries. I can’t wait to throw this Filson clothing bad boy on with a puffer vest when we head out to Park City, Utah this winter for skiing!
Thank you to Filson, a brand we genuinely love, for collaborating on this post by providing the Alaskan Guide shirts. This post is not sponsored.
