Happy Monday! I hope you had a fun and relaxing weekend! Mine was pretty low key. We saw Who’s Bad on Saturday (they were an absolute blast!), and on Sunday, Michael and I tried out a new restaurant in the Shaw neighborhood, All Purpose Pizzeria – it was AWESOME! Two thumbs up, for sure.
Now for a little chatter about this outfit. I haven’t worn a romper in years. Don’t get me wrong, I never stopped liking them, I just started to feel like every one that I would try on was too short for my age. I mean, let’s be honest, I’m not heading to the club in my romper these days (I’m not sure I really ever “headed to the club”). I stumbled upon this palm print romper at Loft a few weeks ago and thought I would give it a try. Success! The length of the shorts is perfect! I love the wrap, tie detailing of the top. And the palm print just screams summer!
