Michael and I both love an at-home protein smoothie! We use our NutriBullet to make our smoothies. I’ve had a NutriBullet for years and years. The original one I had bit the dust after 5ish years. I recently upgraded to the one in the photo – this one (currently on sale for $60!). Same great quality!
I’ve tried a lot of different protein powder brands over the years, but the one that Michael and I have both landed on and stuck with over the past year or so is Legion Whey Protein. Yes, it’s a little pricey, but it’s a clean protein powder that doesn’t have tons of crazy additives and the protein source is whey isolate protein powder from grass fed cows. Non-GMO, lactose free, gluten free, and sugar free. I like the chocolate flavor the best.
With those two items out of the way, let’s jump into the actual protein smoothie recipes!
