Cheers, it’s Friday!  I don’t know about y’all, but I’m so ready to sleep in tomorrow!  Along with catching up on sleep, I’m planning on getting a lot of things done around the house this weekend.  Even though it’s still super hot outside, I have the itch to switch over my closet from my summer to fall.  I’ll be posting lots of pieces for sale on my Poshmark page (username: ashlee4566) if you want to check it out!    In more exciting news, I’m finally photographing my apartment this weekend to share a little home tour with y’all in the next week or two!

Changing topics a bit, but this past weekend in the Hamptons, Michael and I were with two of our friends one night at dinner and we started playing the questions game, where each person asks a completely random question and everyone goes around and answers, it’s way more fun than it sounds, especially when you’ve had a few Montauk summer ales.  😉  Anyways, one question that became a running joke throughout the weekend was “What were you doing on April 23, 2014?”  Our friend just randomly threw out a date, but it was actually really fun (and really made us think) to backtrack and piece together what we were doing on that specific day in time.  All that to say, that’s why I really enjoy sharing these “Week in Reviews” with you guys.  It makes me actually go  through my week and think about what I did!  I actually have to think, wait, what DID I do on Monday?!

Well, Monday I shared this off the shoulder dress with you guys.  I know the sizes keep going in and out of stock, but if you’re  loving the dress (it’s SO good!), just keep checking back as I’m pretty certain they should be getting a full restock soon.  Monday night Michael and I went to see the new Bourne movie.  I hardly ever go to the movies anymore, but every time I do, I love it!  I need to make a point to have more movie dates, especially when winter rolls around!

Tuesday was pretty uneventful as I had to catch up on some things after work.  But I did share the big news on Chase’s new credit card that they just released this week!  The perks are AMAZING.  Seriously, the best travel credit card out there.  Check out the post for more details.

As I mentioned above, I’m in full on fall mode in regard to my closet.  On Wednesday I shared my Back to School shopping list – I’ll definitely be hoping on that this weekend!  Wednesday night Laura hosted a shopping night at Refine boutique and I snagged this dress (also available here).  I’m obsessed!  I shared it on Instagram here.  If you’re in DC, definitely check out Refine!  It’s the cutest little shop and Tanya, the owner, is so sweet and so incredibly helpful.

I finally made it to spin yesterday, and I have to say, it was a bit of a let down after experiencing my first Soul Cycle class this past weekend.  But still a good sweat session nonetheless!
