Happy Friday! After a full week in Houston last week, I was back on the road this week. I was in Shreveport Monday through Thursday. I’ve mentioned it a lot recently, but I’m helping St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital promote the Dream Home Giveaway in Shreveport. I had the opportunity to see the finished house this week, and it is BEAUTIFUL! I’ll have a full blog post on it next week! PODCASTS

Since I work from home most days, I like to have a podcast on in the background. As a result, I listen to a lot of podcasts throughout the week. Most are business related, but some are just for fun. Here’s what I listened to this week!

Things to Note

Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Ends This Weekend // It’s true, the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is still happening! But it ends this Sunday. And all pieces included in the sale will go back to regular, fall prices. One of my favorite NSale purchases from a couple of years ago that I still get so much use out of is still in stock! I purchased this cashmere scarf two years ago and still wear it on the regular! It’s the perfect travel scarf/blanket. Super soft and a fall/winter staple! Worth every penny.

Cabi Fall Collection Launch // I shared a few sneak peeks of my favorite pieces on Instagram Stories, but cabi launched their fall pieces yesterday! You can check them all out here! At the top of my list (and in my cart) is this leopard coat! The striped rib knit cuffs are removable. I’m ordering the XS. Cabi pieces generally run a bit big. WEEKEND PLANS

Another full weekend in Houston! We live in the Heights neighborhood, which has two annual events, Lights in the Heights (around Christmas) and White Linen Night – happening this weekend! I honestly have no clue what it’s about, but I’m excited to throw on a white outfit and mingle with the neighbors and check out all that it has to offer!

FAVORITE THINGS THIS WEEK

Amazon Mumu Dress // This is the dress that’s so nice I bought it twice! I call it a mumu, but I mean that in the chicest way possible! 😉 I wore it with my Loeffler Randall heels for a photoshoot this week. It can so easily be dressed up or down! It’s the best and you need at least one in your closet! For sizing reference, I’m wearing a small.

Ursa Major Vitamin C Serum // I recently received this vitamin C serum from Follain. I’ve been using it every morning after cleansing and before my moisturizer. I really love it! Vitamin C serum is a MUST in your skincare routine. It hydrates and brightens your skin. I use this serum in the morning and this Vitamin C Brightening Oil at night (again, before applying moisturizer).
