Happy Monday and Happy MLK Day!  Hopefully most of you are enjoying the holiday.  It’s absolutely freezing here in DC today, like wind chill of 3 degrees this morning, like 1, 2, 3, that’s it.  Thankfully it was a little warmer when I took these photos.  I wanted to share this cocoon cardigan with you guys that I snagged over Christmas at a local boutique, Imelda’s Shreveport.  Imelda’s used to be a shoes only type of store, but when I popped in, they had so many cute items!  Sweaters, scarves, vests, boots, heels, flats, you name it.  Unfortunately, they don’t have a website, but they do post quite often on Instagram so you can shop their items that way by calling the store if you’re not local to the Shreveport area.

I love this cocoon sweater.  It’s actually really thick and warm!  And I like it because it’s a little different than your typical cardigan or sweater.  I also received these Marc Jacobs shades for Christmas, and I love them!  The shape is similar to my Kate Spade glasses, but these are a little thicker and have slightly different detailing.  Another plus, they are currently on sale!
