Happy Friday! Today I’m heading to one of my favorite places in the entire world (yep, that’s right), Oxford, Mississippi. So naturally I had to give it a shout out in today’s Friday Favorites. For those of you who don’t know (you can find out a little more about me here!), I went to college at the University of Mississippi, affectionately known as Ole Miss. I’m sure everyone feels this way about their college town, but I feel so incredibly lucky to have been able to call Oxford my home for four years. Oxford is like a little bubble of southern charm. The Square boasts the cutest shops you can imagine, including Neilson’s, Village Taylor, Square Books, and Oxford Floral, and has enough restaurants and bars to keep you occupied all day! A few of my favorites are Bottletree Bakery, City Grocery, Ajax Diner, and Bourè.
As if the charm of Oxford and Ole Miss isn’t enough, the people that the town and university draw in are what makes me feel the most lucky to have attended Ole Miss. I made life long friends over my four years there, and I can’t wait to see all of my girlfriends tonight!
