The Perfect Suede Mule for Spring

One reason I love warmer temps is that my wardrobe seems to become a bit more relaxed. Not that I stray away from my casual style during the winter months, but when it’s cold out, more effort goes into an outfit simply because of layering. I love the spring and summer months as an easy tee and jeans are really all you need to get you out the door!

I wore this particular look to a workshop a couple of weekends ago. A super casual look paired with a fun shoe to dress it up a bit. First, we have to talk about this t-shirt. I recently got my hands on a couple of Velvet tees, and y’all, these are the softest t-shirts I’ve ever felt! They’re a little more expensive than your average tee but totally worth the price! I threw on my trusty pair of Frame denim and added a denim jacket on top since it happened to be cool outside that day (and it’s always freezing at workshops/conferences!). To dress this look up a bit, I threw on these suede mules. I LOVE how unique they are with the multi colored suede patchwork. The colors make them the perfect suede mule for spring! And the low, block heel and padded footbed make them super comfortable and easy to walk around the city.

Lastly, my bright blue hobo bag. I’ll be honest, when I first received this bag from my friends at Fossil, I didn’t love it, and I’m not really sure why. Fast forward a few weeks, and it’s my go-to everyday bag! It fits SO much stuff. It’s my work bag of choice. It fits my laptop, notebook, planner, wallet, and all of my other little knick knacks. I also love that it has a shorter strap and a longer option as well. The bright blue color adds a fun pop tod any look! The bag is currently marked down by 30% and under $200!
