You may remember from a few weeks back that I went to the Nordstrom Fall Beauty Trend Show.  It was such a fun event where they used a runway setup to highlight all of the top beauty trends and products of the season.  Of course I ended up buying a few new items so today I want to share a few of those products that I’m loving plus a few that I’m dying to try along with a couple of staples in my makeup bag.

Beautyblender: These were EVERYWHERE at the Nordstrom event.  After the show, every single makeup counter was using them.  I was with Laura, and she also swears by it.  Apparently it helps you apply makeup like nobody’s business.

Drybar Blowdryer: When I had my hair done by Veluxe, they used the Drybar Blowdryer + Drybar Products and I loved them. This set would make the PERFECT Christmas gift.

Living Proof: Y’all.  I’m obsessed!  I first tried these products at the Beauty Trend Show, and now I’m hooked.  I use the dry shampoo, the dry volume blast, and the nourishing oil almost every day!

Scents: Nordstrom featured a Tom Ford scent at the show and it smells divine.  My go-to is Dior’s Pure Poison.  I love receiving perfume for Christmas because it’s not something I generally buy for myself.

Foundations, Concealers & Toners: This Trish McEvoy foundation was all the rage at the show, plus this NARS concealer, which has over 200 reviews on Nordstrom’s site with an average 4.5 stars, so yeah.  I snagged this Clarins toner (love it – it’s so refreshing in the mornings!), and an old staple, the Hourglass skin tint (this stuff works wonders!).

Lips: NARS, YSL & MAC were all highly recommend by Nordstrom’s National Beauty Director who hosted the show.

Cheeks: I’ve repeatedly bought this Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick for years!  The Laura Mercier Face Illuminator is next up on my list to try!

Nails: I had never tried Deborah Lipmann nail polish before the beauty trend show.  But Laura raved about it so I tried Before He Cheats and love it.  This gift set would make the perfect stocking stuffer!

Skin: I’ve never tried Kiehl’s products, but I’ve heard SO many good things, especially about the Creamy Eye Treatment.  Also on my list to try out is their Midnight Recovery Eye Concentrate.
