Happy Wednesday!  I hope you had a wonderful holiday weekend!  I spent the weekend with Michael’s family in San Antonio, TX where we explored the River Walk and drove out into Texas hill country for a family wedding.  I wore this outfit Saturday morning while wandering around downtown and along the river.  If you find yourself visiting the area, definitely wake up a little earlier and hit the River Walk before everything gets crowded.  It was so peaceful in the morning and really nice to stroll along the water.

I finally got to break out a few new summer pieces this weekend that I’ve been dying to wear!  I LOVE these Loft ikat print shorts.  The higher rise and flat front make them so flattering (they zip on the side)!  The print is SO cute and the fabric is a nice, thick material.  I paired the shorts with a mixed media tank (it’s silky on the front and cotton on the back) from Loft as well.  I know this top will be a staple throughout the summer!

I’ve also been wearing my go-to gladiators non-stop since the temperatures have warmed up.  And another piece that I’ve been getting TONS of use out of is this really cool Kendra Scott necklace.  It’s difficult to tell in photos, but it has a really neat “clasp” that allows the necklace to be worn at all different lengths, even as a choker!
