I’m beyond excited for warm temps that seem to be here to stay (so sorry if you’re in Chicago and had to endure that snow last weekend!). I put together this warm weather look over the weekend, and I was thrilled when I realized that all of the pieces are under $100 (technically, all under $70!).
Spring Style Under $100
This black maxi dress is as easy as it comes for a throw-on-and-go look! The fabric is super soft, jersey-like. I like the v-neck, the slits up the side, and the cutout back – all of these features help make the dress not seem so overwhelming. It’s available in almost 30 different colors and prints! My friend Kim styled the navy one here – it’s baby bump friendly too!
For sizing reference, I’m 5’4″ and it hits right at my feet. With the slits I can still get away with wearing flats with the dress. I’m wearing an XS.
I paired the dress with new lace-up sandals from Madewell. The quality of these sandals is great, especially for the price! They’re only $60! The leather is super soft and they’re really comfortable. They’re available in black, brown, and the peach color I’m wearing. They run TTS.
One of my favorite new accessories is this pair of acrylic heart earrings (only $10!). They’re SO cute and lightweight. Also available in a few different colors.
Every time I wear these sunglasses out and about, which is often, I always receive compliments on them! It makes me so happy because I love my shades and they’re only $55! The quality is great, and I can attest that they stand up to a lot! Being constantly thrown into my Mary Poppins bags (and surviving) all the time. 🙂
Last but not least my bag! This bag is an Anthropologie find from last year. It’s actually my first bag purchase from Anthro – they have really reasonably priced bags, which surprised me as I think their clothing can be a bit overpriced sometimes. They don’t carry this exact bag anymore, but they have a super similar one this season. It’s a little bigger in size, but still has the lucite handles!
