Happy Friday! I hope you had a good week! Mine was a mix of working from home and out-of-office events and meetings. Michael and I hopped on a 5AM flight this morning to Cleveland, OH for a wedding weekend! Those early morning flights always seem like a good idea at booking, but the 3AM alarm is brutal. Allergies and/or an annoying summer cold didn’t make for the best workouts this week, but I still got them in.

• Monday: Morning gym weight circuit and evening SoulCycle class
• Tuesday: No workouts
• Wednesday: Morning gym weight circuit and 30 minute evening walk
• Thursday: Morning weight circuit
• Friday: Planning on getting in 10,000 steps exploring Cleveland!

I’ve mentioned this before, but since I work from home by myself most days, I like to have a podcast on in the background. As a result, I listen to a lot of podcasts throughout the week. Most are business related, but some are just for fun. Here’s what I listened to this week!

A frightening finding this week regarding chemicals found in the weed killer Roundup being found in LOTS of General Mills and Nature Valley brand packaged foods. Yet another reason why it’s more important than ever to pay attention to what you’re putting in and on your body!

WEEKEND PLANS

June is a busy travel month for both Michael and I. This weekend we’re in Cleveland, Ohio celebrating the wedding of two of our friends from DC! We’re in Cleveland all day Friday and Saturday, and heading back to Houston early Sunday morning. I’ve never been to Ohio so I’m excited to check this state off of my bucket list!

FAVORITE THINGS THIS WEEK

Lululemon Biker Shorts // These are making the list again this week because I love them so much! It’s already a million degrees in Houston, and I quickly realized that my leggings weren’t going to cut it on weekend walks or midweek runs. I love the Lululemon Align pants so I decided to try out the shorter Align biker shorts. I really love them! They’re great for wearing around the house and great for workouts too! I wear the same size in these as I do in Lululemon leggings.

JoyLab Cozy Tee // I picked up this top at Target over the weekend, and I love it! I’ve worn it multiple times this week. It’s perfect to throw on with the biker shorts mentioned above or with any gym shorts. It’s super soft and has a bit of a tie dye pattern. I’m a fan of the JoyLab collection at Target!

Everlane Linen Jumpsuit // I’m obsessed with Everlane’s new linen jumpsuit (seen here)! I packed it to wear this weekend in Cleveland. It’s comfy, casual, and so cute! I’d recommend sizing down one size, especially if you’re smaller chested like me! 🙂
