Happy Friday! I hope you’re looking forward to the long, holiday weekend ahead! I don’t have any grand plans, sticking around Houston, but I’m looking forward to having an extra day away from my computer tacked onto the weekend. Sharing more on our weekend plans below.

Weekly Workouts
This week’s workouts …
I did our regular Orangetheory workout via their free YouTube channel on Monday. I’ve mentioned this before, but I’ve been wanting to try something different than Orangetheory. While I love that they’ve been providing daily free workouts via YouTube since the beginning of quarantine, I was getting a little tired of it. I tried out a Tone It Up workout via YouTube (for free) on Wednesday, and then decided to sign up for the Peloton app on Thursday. I signed up for the 30-day free trial. The app is AWESOME! Even after the trial, the app is only $12.99/month, which in my opinion is pretty reasonable. Michael and I did a 30-minute strength training class. It was great!
The Peloton app offers a variety of recorded and live classes, including strength training, yoga, meditation, outdoor running, walking, running, stretching, cycling, and bootcamp classes! You don’t need the bike to sign up for the app.

Weekend Plans
Michael and I are staying in Houston for the Labor Day holiday weekend, but we have some fun things up our sleeves! We’re shooting a fun project this evening that I can’t wait to share! I’ll be sharing details in about a week so stay tuned! My sister-in-law is in town so hoping to squeeze in time with her. And we might venture out to another early patio dinner on Saturday night if we’re feeling crazy!

Nike Sweatshirt // I’ve been wearing this oversized Nike sweatshirt non-stop! And I know I’ll be wearing it all the time when the weather cools down too! I have a size small. It’s pretty oversized, but the sweatshirt is a bit cropped, so that’s why I went with the small instead of x-small. I’m tempted to snag it in another color! It’s so soft and cozy!
Topshop Cardigan // The perfect fall/winter cardigan! I’ve worn it a couple of times inside while working from home. The quality is really great, and I like that it has pockets! It’s available in a few colors. It’s oversized. I have the Regular XS.
