Happy Friday, friends! This week flew by for me. Michael and I got back to Houston on Sunday after being away for 2.5 weeks. It was nice to be back in my weekday routine this week!
I’m looking forward to a stress-free, news-free weekend!

Weekly Workouts
This week’s workouts …
I’m back to my routine of Peloton workouts in our makeshift gym (our empty dining room turned multi-purpose room during quarantine). I love the 30-minute on-demand strength workouts. I squeezed one in on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. I skipped Tuesday because of an early doctor’s appointment – checked on baby McHugh and everything is looking good!
Today (Friday), I’m getting in a 30-minute yoga class via the app and hope to go on a couple of long walks over the weekend!
If you’re looking for a great at-home workout, I highly recommend trying out the Peloton app! You can try it out for the first month for free! And even after that, it’s only $12.99/month.

Weekend Plans
I’m planning on breaking out all the Christmas decor this weekend! I usually wait until after Thanksgiving, but this year there are no rules. Other than that, I’ll be laying low and attempting to get ahead on holiday content here on Cobalt Chronicles!
My Favorite Things this Week
Madewell Maternity Jeans // I first grabbed this pair a few weeks ago and love them! I just got this pair in this week and they’re equally as good! I love that they both have the full spandex belly band. They’re really comfortable and don’t fall down. They make me feel like me! For sizing reference, I know it sounds counterintuitive, but trust me, size DOWN one size from your usual denim size. I usually wear a size 26 in Madewell denim and have a size 25 in both maternity pairs. They fit perfectly with plenty of room for the growing bump.
My Parachute Linen Bedsheets // Is there anything better than coming home after a trip than sleeping in your own bed?! I invested in Parachute linen bedsheets about a year ago, and I’m obsessed. If you’re not used to linen sheets, they take a couple of weeks to break in, but once they’re broken in, they are THE BEST! I have the set – fitted sheet, top sheet, and two pillow cases.
Have a great weekend!
