Amazon Home Essentials

I’m back with another Amazon roundup! If you’re new, I have an Amazon Favorites series that I publish once a month where I round up my favorite Amazon purchases from that month. You can check them out here! Today’s post is a bonus Amazon post! I wanted to round up my favorite Amazon home essentials for you since I feature a lot of these items often on Instagram Stories!

Also, I usually save all of my Amazon favorites to my Amazon Shop. You can bookmark and shop my page here: https://www.amazon.com/shop/cobaltchronicles

Let’s jump in to my Amazon Home Essentials!

Canon Home Printer

I went ages without a printer at home. I never had one when I lived in DC because … space. I had to run down the street to UPS every time I needed to print something. I purchased this Canon printer when we moved to Houston, and I love it! I also purchase my printer ink refills from Amazon too.

NutriBullet Blender

Our NutriBullet Blender is a gadget that Michael and I use almost every single day for smoothies. It’s easy to use and the quality is great. I had my first NutriBullet for almost 6 years and just recently had to replace it with a new one.

Stasher Bags

I love these reusable ziplock-like storage bags! For a full review on how I use mine, check out this post. While they are a bit pricey, they’re both microwave and dishwasher safe, which isn’t the case for a lot of the less expensive versions of these bags. I have a variety of different sizes of Stasher bags.

Floating Shelves

I mounted these shelves in our bathroom for extra storage. I needed a place to display all of my everyday skincare and essential oils. I like these particular shelves because they have lips on all sides. A lot of floating shelf options I found didn’t have lips on the sides – I worried about my products falling off! These shelves not only added a functional element to our bathroom, but they’re really cute too!

Stainless Steel Tumbler

I’m drinking out of this tumbler as I’m writing this post! I use this stainless steel tumbler almost daily to drink water throughout the day. It keeps my ice from melting for hours. And I like that I can use my silicone straws with it!

Sound Machine

I’ve used this white sound machine for YEARS. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to soundly sleep without it! I originally purchased it when we lived in DC to drown out the street-level noise outside of our apartment, but now I can’t sleep without it! I keep it on my nightstand. You can adjust the loudness of the white noise to your liking. It’s the best!

Programmable Timer for Outlet

This is a new Amazon home purchase. After listening to a recent podcast, this one if you’re interested, I wanted to get a timer to attach to our WiFi router at home so that the WiFi signal switches off at night when we’re not using the internet. You might think this is a bit woo woo or dramatic, but apparently the constant waves of energy being emitted from our routers has the potential to be harmful to our longterm health. This is an easy $13 gadget that hopefully helps, and even if it doesn’t, it’s only $13.

Silicone Straws

Love these straws! They’re perfect for smoothies and everyday use. I love that they’re made of silicone and not metal like other reusable straws – these don’t hurt the roof of your mouth! They’re also dishwasher safe.

Vintage Inspired Glasses

How fun are these glasses?! If you have open cabinets in your kitchen, they’d be perfect for display too!

Power Strip

This gadget has saved me so much annoyance of having to unplug different devices to make room for other devices. This power strip has 3 outlets and 3 USB ports. Everything can be plugged in all at once!

Dyson Cordless Vacuum

I never thought I would love a vacuum. The Dyson Cordless Vacuum hype is real. Dare I say that this vacuum makes vacuuming fun?! It’s lightweight, cordless, and really works! The cordless feature makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE.

Nespresso Machine

My beloved Nespresso Machine! You can read all about my morning coffee essentials here! In my opinion, Nespresso makes the best at-home coffee. The regular coffee has froth on top of it for heavens sake! I also have the Nespresso frother, which comes with the machine on Amazon. It’s great for frothing milk to make lattes!

Air Fryer

The Air Fryer is a new-ish addition to our kitchen, and I love it. And I’m amazed by it every time I use it! It “fries” up french fries and chicken tenders almost exactly like a traditional fryer would, except there’s no oil, just air! We also use ours to crips up gnocchi and veggies. It’s easy to use and easy to clean.

Glass Spray Bottles

I love these eco-friendly glass bottles! I use these to make my own glass and surface cleaner from my Branch Basics concentrate (Branch Basics is a non-toxic cleaning brand that I love – you can get $10 off your first purchase here!). I ordered custom labels from this Etsy seller – the bottles look so cute sitting next to my kitchen sink!

Brita Water Filter Pitcher

An easy way to keep filtered water on hand in your fridge!

Garment Rack

I purchased this garment rack right when we moved to Houston. It’s in my office – I use the hanging rack for coats and new-to-my-closet pieces that I need to feature here on Cobalt Chronicles. I use the shelves for extra storage and display – I keep a few pairs of shoes as well as purses and bags on display. The rack was easy to put together and looks great in the space! It’s also really sturdy!

Happy Amazon Shopping!
