TGIF!  Who else is excited for the weekend?!  I was out of town last weekend and will be traveling the next two weeks so I’m happy to stay put this weekend.  I’m heading to a crawfish boil at Pearl Dive this weekend, which I’m pretty excited about – crawfish, corn, potatoes, Abita, and hurricanes … Um yes, please!  (Tickets are still available!)  Other than that, I plan on heading to the farmers’ market and just enjoying our newish neighborhood this weekend!

Last weekend started a little early when I attended the Washingtonian’s Best of Washington party with Katie and Monica.  We snapped a few pics before heading to the event and several pieces of my look are now on sale so I wanted to share with y’all!  Also, as you probably saw on Instagram or snapchat (username: cobaltchronicle), I was in Baton Rouge last weekend.  I always love being back in Louisiana.  Even when I’m not in my exact hometown of Shreveport, it still feels like home.  #louisianalove
