What a week! A week that’s felt like 5 weeks … sounds about right for 2020. While, like the rest of you, I’ve experienced every emotion possible over the past few days, I’m trying to remind myself to focus on the things I can control. With that said, I’m soaking up the sun and family time at Navarre Beach. Navarre is Michael and I’s last stop on our 2+ week road trip.

We met Michael’s family in Navarre on Wednesday, and the weather has been perfect! It’s supposed to be another beautiful day here today.

Weekly Workouts

This week’s workouts …

The Peloton app has been awesome during our 2+ week road trip! Thankfully, everywhere we’ve stayed has had a gym. I’ve been able to easily pull up a 30-minute strength workout on my phone and get in a workout almost every day of our trip!

I squeezed in a strength workout via Peloton on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Planning on getting either a strength workout or a long walk in today (Friday)!

Weekend Plans

Like I mentioned, Michael and I are in Navarre Beach through the weekend with Michael’s family. I have no plans other than relaxing on the beach!

Beautycounter Countersun Sunscreen // My favorite clean sunscreen! The spray is my most used. It goes on smooth and is easy to rub in and protects from the sun! I’ve been slathering it on this week.
