Happy Friday, from Morocco! Today is our last day in Morocco. Michael and I are flying to Porto, Portugal later this evening. We arrived in Morocco last Sunday and have had a packed week! We stayed two nights in Marrakech at the Le Meridien and explored the city. On Tuesday, we were picked up by a private driver and guide for a 3-day adventure exploring more of Morocco – we used this company. The highlight was definitely the camel ride in the Sahara desert and night spent at a camp in the desert! I’ll have full blog posts on everything we did in Marrakech and on our 3-day excursion. Today I’m just popping in with a quick hello and update on our travels!

I’ve been posting a lot on Instagram Stories – follow along here! While we’ve enjoyed our time in Morocco, I’m so looking forward to getting back to Portugal (a little blurb on our time in Lisbon last week). We have a day trip scheduled tomorrow – to Douro Valley – one of Portugal’s biggest wine regions (essentially their Napa). I can’t wait for a day of tastings! We’ll be in Porto until Tuesday when we train back to Lisbon for one day before heading back to the States!
