I’m so excited to be sharing a service and product with you today that I love and use almost every single week! I share my love for Territory Foods quite a bit on Instagram Stories. Territory has become part of my daily routine, especially since I started working from home back in May of last year!
If you’re not familiar with Territory Foods, it’s a meal delivery service. The meals are fully prepared (no chopping, boiling, broiling, or baking required), healthy, and delicious! Essentially, it’s clean eating made easy!
Once you sign up for an account with Territory, you’re able to specify any dietary concerns or restrictions and even use filters to indicate diet preferences such as Whole30 approved or strictly vegan or even more specific preferences like no tuna. There are at least 25 meal options to choose from each week, and you choose how many meals are delivered each week.
Based on your indicated preferences, Territory will automatically choose the meals for your weekly pack, but you’ll also receive an email reminding you that you can log into your account and make any changes you’d like to the meals being delivered. There are also different meal sizes in order to meet different portion size preferences!
Reasons to Love Territory Foods
Convenience // The meals are incredibly convenient. The meals come in so handy for lunch on days that Michael and/or I work from home. I don’t like to take a super long lunch break in the middle of the day, and I definitely don’t like to whip up a home cooked meal for lunch. The Territory meals make it easy to eat a well balanced, filling meal during the day! The same goes for dinner. Territory meals are a life savor on days where we run out of groceries, get home late from work events, or simply don’t have time to cook.
Nutritional Information // I appreciate that Territory includes all of the ingredients on the label along with the nutritional information for each meal. Michael especially appreciates this as he likes to see how many macronutrients are in each meal (carbs, fats, and protein).
Delivery Options // There’s no obligation to place orders with Territory. Territory delivers on Monday and Thursday. You can choose to have a delivery on both days or one day. And if you’d like to skip a week or even pause your orders indefinitely, that’s an option too! I appreciate that there’s no membership-type fees that apply. You only pay for the food that’s being delivered. If you opt out of a week, no fees apply.
Meal Options // While I mostly opt for the lunch and dinner options, it’s nice that Territory offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner meal options! In addition to all three meal options, you get to choose the meals that are actually delivered each week. The menu is posted in advance on Territory’s website and you can customize each delivery with the meals that you prefer to have delivered. After you’ve tried a meal, you can even rate it so that Territory learns to include the meal in future deliveries without you having to customize the order.

Hi Ashley! Could you recommend the portion sizes that you and your husband prefer for dinner? Thanks!
Hi Abby! Of course! We do the “standard” – Michael is usually satisfied with the portion after having dessert. 🙂
