Best Podcasts for Millennial Women!

I’ve been a big fan of podcasts since my DC commuting days back in 2015. These days, I listen to podcasts throughout the day when doing mindless work, chores, when I’m getting dressed for the day, and while I cook dinner. I love catching up on my favorite weekly episodes!

Titling this post as the Best Podcasts for Millennial Women may be a bit presumptuous, but I think these podcasts resonate well with women my age across the board. 😉 I’d love to hear your favorites! Drop them in the comments below. I’m always looking for more shows to add to my weekly lineup.

Girls Gotta Eat

Rayna Greenberg & Ashley Hesseltine host a weekly comedy podcast about dating, sex, and relationships! They publish a new episode every Monday morning. It kicks off my weekly podcast lineup. I feel like I’m catching up with my two hilarious gal pals at the beginning of each week.

Beck & Call

A weekly chat with influencer, Merritt Beck, where she talks about all things life, work, and love as a successful, single woman in her 30s. I’ve followed Merritt for years on her blog and Instagram. I’ve enjoyed getting to know Merritt more through her podcast she launchd this year. Merritt publishes her episodes every Tuesday. I follow up Girls Gotta Eat with Beck & Call on Tuesday!

Bad on Paper

Originally hosted by Grace Atwood and Becca Freeman, Grace recently stepped away. Olivia Muenter joined Becca as co-host when Grace left. I’ve listened to Bad on Paper since its inception and while I miss Grace, I’ve been loving getting to know Olivia through the podcast (and her Instagram too)! Becca and Olivia publish a new episode every Wednesday, a weekly dose of books and banter, along with interviews with inspirational business women!

Armchair Expert

Dax Shepard and Monica Padman interview celebrities and top business persons in a long form format that I LOVE! I’m late to the game on listening to Armchair Expert. The good thing about that is there’s a huge backlog of episodes for me to catch up on! Dax and Monica are great co-hosts, and they interview both celebrities you know and love along with other experts who you may not be as familiar with.

How I Built This

An old time favorite podcast of mine! Guy Raz dives into the stories behind some of the world’s best known companies. I’ve listened How I Built this for years, and the stories and interviews never get old! I love getting a behind the scenes look at how some of the world’s biggest companies were started.

Lady Gang

Keltie Knight, Jac Vanek, and Becca Tobin welcome celebrity guests, experts, or chat amongst themselves about all things lady each week. This is another podcast where I feel like I’m catching up with my girlfriends each week. Keltie, Jac, and Becca chat about what’s going on in their lives and in the pop culture world and bring on guests occasionally too!

Thanks! It’s a good one! Love that it’s under $100 especially because my ability to keep anything white is reallllll low. =)
