The Marsh Hotel Review Uptown New Orleans Hotel

The Marsh Hotel is a new boutique hotel located in the Uptown neighborhood of New Orleans, just a few blocks off of famed St. Charles Avenue. It has an on-site coffee shop and cocktail bar and is beautifully designed and decorated!

Where is The Marsh Hotel Located?

The first thing you’re likely wondering is where is The Marsh Hotel located? An important question when booking a stay in New Orleans! This is one of the BEST things about The Marsh Hotel. It’s situated a few blocks from St. Charles Avenue in the Uptown neighborhood. You can easily hop on and off the St. Charles Streetcar to get downtown, to the French Quarter, or even trek the other way towards Tulane and Loyola. It’s also an easy Uber or Lyft ride (10 minutes) to most attractions and areas in New Orleans.

If you’re visiting New Orleans for Mardi Gras, The Marsh Hotel is in the PERFECT location to walk to and catch most of the parades that roll down St. Charles Ave.

The Marsh Hotel Rooms

The Marsh Hotel is a boutique hotel with just 24 rooms. They offer both King Rooms, which include a king bed, and Double Rooms, which include two full size beds. The decor in every room is modern, fresh, and bright. The bathrooms are really spacious and well designed too!

On-Site Coffee Shop & Cocktail Bar

The Marsh Hotel has an on-site coffee shop and cocktail bar for guests and the neighborhood to enjoy! The coffee shop is a great spot to get a little work done or to just enjoy a hot drink before heading out for the day.

The coffee shop turns into a cocktail bar at night. It has an adjoining outdoor space that’s perfect for when the weather is nice. The cocktail bar is a great spot to grab a happy hour drink or a night cap.
