My website decided to crash on Monday afternoon, and I wasn’t able to get it back up and running until midday on Tuesday. So there were only two blog posts this week, but they were two good ones! 😉

I was able to squeeze in a handful of workouts this week even with leaving town on Thursday. Made it to 4 classes this week!

  • Monday: Evening SoulCycle ride
  • Tuesday: Barry’s Bootcamp – The first Houston location is opening this weekend!
  • Wednesday: Sonic Hot Yoga at YogaWorks
  • Thursday: Morning SoulCycle ride
  • Friday: Planning on getting 10,000 steps in while walking around the Square in Oxford!

PODCASTS

I’ve mentioned this before, but since I work from home by myself most days, I like to have a podcast on in the background. As a result, I listen to a lot of podcasts throughout the week. Most are business related, but some are just for fun. Here’s what I listened to this week!

P.S. I was ON a podcast this week! I had the pleasure of being on Avani’s podcast, 6-Figure Freelancer. We mostly chatted about contracts and my legal contracts business, Contracts for Creatives. It was so much fun! You can give it a listen here!

WEEKEND PLANS

If you’re following along on Instagram Stories then you know I flew to Memphis late on Thursday. I’m off to meet up with four of my college BFFs in our college town of Oxford, MS for a fun girls’ weekend! Oxford (Ole Miss) is a short one-hour drive from Memphis. We’ll be shopping, eating, and drinking our way around town all weekend long! Hotty Toddy!

FAVORITE THINGS THIS WEEK

Beautycounter Flawless In Five // Since I work from home most days, I don’t generally like to apply a full face of makeup everyday. I used the Beautycounter Flawless In Five set three days this week for minimal at home, running errands, workout makeup. This bundled set is a great option if you’re looking to switch out a handful of makeup products to clean, safe products all at one time. All of the products are made to compliment one another too, another perk!

Living Proof Dry Shampoo // Living Proof is hands down my favorite dry shampoo! It’s not a clean beauty product, but I haven’t found a clean brand that matches it. Living by that 80/20 rule, y’all. I’ve trained my hair over the years to only have to wash it a couple of times a week (even with all of my sweaty workouts) and it’s in part due to the amazingness of Living Proof! This week my day 3 hair looked fresh as ever after both a SoulCycle and Barry’s Bootcamp class!

Love Hoop Earrings // After seeing my friend Madeline in these earrings last week in Shreveport, I knew I had to have them! I ordered them this week and can’t wait to wear them nonstop!
