Happy Friday! A friendly reminder that today is the last day for standard ground shipping for packages to arrive in time for Christmas! Still need gift ideas? Check out my Gift Guides!

I hope you had a wonderful week! I was in NYC all week for work, but it was all fun work! Can’t complain for one second about being in New York at Christmas time! It’s just magical. It snowed Wednesday morning when Charlotte and I happened to be grabbing coffee right by the tree at Rockefeller Center. It really was a picture-perfect New York scene!

I had a great week in New York, but I’m happy to be home this weekend! Michael and I have a fun one planned (more on that below)!

Things to Note

Tis the season for Gift Guides! If you need gift ideas, check out my Gift Guides:

Beautycounter Holiday Set Sale! 20% OFF (ends today)

Beautycounter is offering 20% off limited-edition sets! I have the Pout Perfecter Set and love it! The set comes with a lip scrub, lip balm, and lip gloss. I use the balm and gloss daily, and the scrub is perfect for using on dry, winter lips! Two other good ones are the Counter+ Skin Care Favorites and the Lemongrass Body Set! The Counter+ Skin Care Favorites comes with 4 of my favorite products (balm, peel, oil, and mask!). The Lemongrass Body Set comes with a luxurious body butter and bath scrub (I tried both out in-store this week in NYC, both are amazing!). These sets make the perfect gifts!

Discount Codes

I currently have a few discount codes for some of my favorite services and products. I share these on Instagram Stories often (and try to save them in my highlights), but I figured I’d share them here too in case you missed them!

*Kendra Scott* // I’m so excited to share that I have a Kendra Scott discount code for you for the holidays! You can use code KSHOLIDAY2019 for 20% OFF any purchase of $100 or more!

Liv Bliss // (Tee seen here) Buy one item and get the second one 30% off plus 15% off an order using code HOLIDAY15. And free shipping for orders in the US!

Winc Wine // I’ve been using Winc, a wine delivery service, for the last few months. I love that they essentially pick out wines for you, based on a fun quiz, and ship them straight to your door! I usually end up switching a bottle or two out for something I’ve been specifically wanting to try, which you can totally do too! You can use my link to get $22 off your first order, which equals out to $39 for 4 bottles of wine! Click here to place your order: winc.mivh.net/cobalt

Rent the Runway Unlimited // I’ve been using my RTR Unlimited collection like crazy over the past few months! Weddings, Christmas parties, my upcoming trip to NYC, you name it, the Unlimited service is great! Use code RTRASHLEE for $200 off a 2 Month Trial ($100 off your first and second month) of RTR Unlimited. That’s more than a 60% discount!! I love using RTR Unlimited! You can read all about my experience with the service here!

Equilibria CBD // I’m just dipping my toes into the world of CBD, but I finally found a CBD company that I really trust, and I ‘m excited to be partnering with them. Equilibria is a women owned CBD company based in Chicago. I’ve been using the pain relief cream on my hips and calves after long runs while training for the half. One of the things I love most about Equilibria is that when you make a purchase, you are put in touch with a dosage specialist who can help you figure out what CBD dosage is best for you and your needs! You can use code cobaltchronicles for 15% off your first order!

Daily Harvest// My go-to, easy to make, at-home smoothies! These are great and so convenient! I love that they help me to mix up my smoothie game. When I’m left to my own devices, I tend to make the same combination smoothie day after day. Use code COBALT for $25 off your first order!

Territory Foods // BREAKING NEWS! Territory now delivers in Houston! (I’m really working on getting all of my DC favorites to Houston … so far I’ve succeeded with Sweetgreen and now Territory!). The BEST already prepared, meal delivery service! Use my code – COBALT – for $50 off across your first two orders ($25 off each order). I love using Territory when I know I have a busy week ahead or when Michael is traveling. The meals are already prepared, delicious, and healthy too!

WEEKEND PLANS

Originally, Michael and I had planned to spend the weekend in NYC. But he’s been traveling a ton for work and would have had to add two more flights to his four he was already taking this week to make NYC happen. So instead, we have a fun weekend planned in Houston! Tonight (Friday) is Michael’s work Christmas party, which should be really fun! And tomorrow is Lights in the Heights – a neighborhood event that our neighborhood puts on every year. Since we moved to Houston earlier this year and moved to the Heights, I haven’t stopped hearing about Lights in the Heights so I’m pretty pumped to check it out!

FAVORITE THINGS THIS WEEK

A few of my favorite things this week!

Louise Et Cie Boots (on sale!) // I wore these boots for a solid two days (and nights) in a row in NYC! They’re really cute and functional too! I walked 7 miles in them on Wednesday and didn’t have a single blister! I wore them with leggings one day and skinny black jeans the other. The boots run TTS.

Everlane Alpaca Sweater // I’ve raved about this sweater before, but this week it came in really handy as I needed to layer in NYC. I wore it completely buttoned up over my square neck top (featured in this week’s Everlane post) and front tucked it into my jeans. It’s both cute and super warm! For sizing reference, I have a size small.

Away Bigger Carry On & Everywhere Bag // Anytime I travel, these two pieces are likely making my favorite things list! I traveled by myself this week, and the Everywhere Bag came in extra handy when I had to carry my bags from the airport, to the subway, to my hotel as the Everywhere Bag has a slip that slides right over my carry-on bag handle so that it’s essentially attached to my carry on bag! Highly recommend this duo!

Have a great weekend!
