J. Crew Dress (currently 30% OFF!, wearing XS) | Everlane Sandals (TTS) | Kendra Scott Necklace

Happy Friday! Before I jump in to this week’s Week In Review, I wanted to ask a quick favor of you! I shared this on Stories this week, but I wanted to share here too in case you missed it as it would mean the world to me if you’d complete this quick (like less than 2 minutes) survey. Your submission will help me immensely in being able to potentially partner with brands I love (and want to share with you) this year! THANK YOU!

Ok, back to regularly scheduled programming! I hope you had a great week! I spent mine mostly in my normal routine of working from home, squeezing in a few workouts, and trying to get ahead on work. Michael and I are heading to The Bahamas this weekend to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. We got married at the Baha Mar last year – I’m so excited to be back at the resort for a few days!

THIS WEEK’S BLOG POSTS

Isle of Paradise Tanning Drops Review // I updated my review of the Isle of Paradise at-home tanning drops. Isle of Paradise is a clean beauty brand, which I love! I’ve been using their self tanning drops for a year now, and I’m still loving them! A great, affordable way to get an at-home glow!

10 Most Read Blog Posts of 2019 // Last week I shared my 10 Best Amazon Purchases In 2019 & 10 Best Purchases in 2019. This week I shared the last of my “best of” posts for 2019. It’s always fun putting together the Most Read post as it’s always interesting to me to see what you loved reading the most! Check out the post to see which blog posts made the list!

2019 Travel Recap: 3 Countries, 12 States, 24 Cities! // Also a fun blog post for me to put together, a recap of my travels from the year! I go back through my planner and see where all I traveled throughout the year. If you’re looking for some 2020 travel inspo, definitely check out the post!

I’ve yet to really get back into my pre-holidays workout routine, but I’ll eventually get there!

  • Monday: SoulCycle
  • Tuesday: None
  • Wednesday: SoulCycle
  • Thursday: Canceled SoulCycle at the last minute due to computer problems (if you saw my Stories, Thursday was a bit of a tech disaster day for me.)
  • Friday: I’m definitely getting a workout in today, just haven’t decided if it’s going to be Sonic Hot Yoga or SoulCycle …

Things to Note

J.Crew Sale // 30% OFF YOUR PURCHASE! I purchased a couple of items for our Bahamas trip from J.Crew and LOVE them both! I picked up this zebra (or tiger?) striped bathing suit. The quality is awesome, love the cut of the top and the high waisted bottoms! I took a small in both the top and bottoms. I also picked up this adorable rainbow beach dress (pictured above)! It’s super lightweight and just so much fun! It’s really oversized, I went with a XS.

Everlane Modern Loafers (almost) 50% OFF // Sadly, Everlane is retiring the first shoe it ever released. But the good news, they’re almost 50% off right now! I’ve had my pair of the Modern Loafers for almost 5 years! I purge my closet A LOT, so that’s saying something! They are the PERFECT loafer for work. The quality is amazing and they’re super chic. They run TTS and take about a week to break in (I kept mine at my office when breaking in and just wore them around during the day). Don’t miss your last chance to grab these beauties before they’re gone!

Discount Codes

I currently have a few discount codes for some of my favorite services and products. I share these on Instagram Stories often (and try to save them in my highlights), but I figured I’d share them here too in case you missed them!

Rent the Runway Unlimited // You likely know I love RTR Unlimited, it’s the best! Weddings, wedding parties, winter trips, you name it, the Unlimited service is great! Use code RTRASHLEE for $200 off a 2 Month Trial ($100 off your first and second month) of RTR Unlimited. That’s more than a 60% discount!! I love using RTR Unlimited! You can read all about my experience with the service here!

Winc Wine // I’ve been using Winc, a wine delivery service, for the last few months (although I’m taking a break for Dry January). I love that they essentially pick out wines for you, based on a fun quiz, and ship them straight to your door! I usually end up switching a bottle or two out for something I’ve been specifically wanting to try, which you can totally do too! You can use my link to get $22 off your first order, which equals out to $39 for 4 bottles of wine! Click here to place your order: winc.mivh.net/cobalt

Equilibria CBD // I dipped my toes into the world of CBD in 2019, and I finally found a CBD company that I really trust, and I ‘m excited to be partnering with them. Equilibria is a women owned CBD company based in Chicago. I’ve use the pain relief cream on my hips and calves and other sore muscles after workouts and also used it recently for the first time for period cramps (it really worked!). One of the things I love most about Equilibria is that when you make a purchase, you are put in touch with a dosage specialist who can help you figure out what CBD dosage is best for you and your needs! They have a handful of products like daily drops and gel caps so that you can choose what’s best for you. You can use code cobaltchronicles for 15% off your first order!

Daily Harvest// My go-to, easy to make, at-home smoothies! These are great and so convenient! I love that they help me to mix up my smoothie game. When I’m left to my own devices, I tend to make the same combination smoothie day after day. Use code COBALT for $25 off your first order!

Territory Foods // (Still) BREAKING NEWS! Territory now delivers in Houston! (I’m really working on getting all of my DC favorites to Houston … so far I’ve succeeded with Sweetgreen and now Territory!). The BEST already prepared, meal delivery service! Use my code – COBALT – for $50 off across your first two orders ($25 off each order). I love using Territory when I know I have a busy week ahead or when Michael is traveling. The meals are already prepared, delicious, and healthy too!

WEEKEND PLANS

Like I mentioned above, Michael and I are heading to The Bahamas for a long weekend at Baha Mar to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I’m so excited for some beach time! Follow along on Instagram Stories as I’ll be sharing what we’re up to there!

FAVORITE THINGS THIS WEEK

A few of my favorite things this week!

Beautycounter Flawless In Five Makeup Set // I shared my everyday makeup routine on Instagram Stories this week (you can find a similar tutorial saved to my Highlights – Easy Makeup). I use these products all the time! The Flawless in Five bundle is a set of 6 clean beauty products that you can use to get ready in 5 minutes or less. It’s a great way to swap out a few of your current products to clean, non-toxic products for 2020! Included in the set (you get to choose your shades):

  • Tint Skin Hydrating Foundation or Dew Skin Tinted Moisturizer
  • Touchup Skin Concealer Pen
  • Color Define Brow Pencil or Brilliant Brow Gel
  • Lengthening or Volumizing Mascara
  • Satin Powder Blush
  • Lip Gloss

And right now, you’ll receive a free foundation brush with your Flawless in Five purchase!

Collapsable, Reusable Coffee Cup // In my New Year’s Goals: 5 Ways I’m Jumpstarting the New Year post I mentioned focusing on reducing my single-use plastic usage. While I love my byta coffee mug for weekend coffee shop runs, it’s not great for traveling since it’s pretty bulky. So I ended up getting this collapsable coffee cup for both Michael and I for travel. It collapses down into the size of a makeup compact. It’s awesome! And cute and functional too! Michael used his during his work trip this week and loved it! Also available here!

Kendra Scott Love Knot Earrings // Kendra Scott has been on a roll lately! I haven’t taken this heart necklace off since I received it (unfortunately it sold out in most colors so quickly!), and I just received these Love Knot earrings and love them too! They’ve been my go-to pair this week. A great everyday, easy to wear pair of quality earrings!

Have a great weekend!
